Key Responsibilities of a BCBA

Provide supervision and mentoring for RBT’s

Ensure quality care and regulatory compliance

Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care

Oversee clinical policies and procedures

Collect and analyze clinical data and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements

BCBA
certification
is required

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a BCBA

Experience in quality assurance and supervision of RBT’s

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Demonstrated ability to conduct patient assessments effectively.
